Paddleboarding – Sup Courses

Paddleboarding is one of the most popular watersports around, so come and have your first Stand up paddleboard lesson on our beautiful lake between the ancient town of Rye and Camber Sands in East Sussex. Here on the South East Coast, and only one hour from South London, you can experience flat water paddleboarding, cruise on the Kent and Sussex waterways, and then progress to paddle surfing on the sea. Paddleboard hire without a lesson is also available. This is the lake to learn paddleboarding in Sussex where there are no waves or tide to contend with; it makes your first SUP lesson easy and fun.

Our Stand Up Paddleboard school is a BSUPA recognised centre which means all our SUP’s are the very latest on the market and our instructors are all BSUPA qualified. Only one hour from London and fifty minutes from Tunbridge Wells, Kent our lake is a peaceful nature reserve. We’re easy to get to for your paddleboard lesson if you live in Surrey, Kent, or Sussex and it’s well worth the trip to have your first SUP experience on our idyllic coastal lake whether a lesson or to hire.
