Kitesurfing lessons are taught on safe flat water that is ideal for anyone new to windsurfing. The South Coast offers varied conditions, but our coastal lake is perfect for lessons/beginners and experts alike. The lakes close proximity to the sea at Camber Sands means we get consistent force 4 sea breezes throughout the Summer months, and stronger winds during Spring and Autumn.
Established in 2003 as a BKSA kitesurfing school, Rye & Camber kitesurfing centre is run by two experienced kite instructors. Senior Instructor Tom Watson has been kiting since 2001 and Sam Bull learnt as a kid whilst living in Tarifa Spain and competed on the circuit. This year we are delighted to have Nick Pardoe, Senior Kite Instructor and trainer on board. Nick has been teaching and running centres across the globe for over twenty years including Richard Branson’s Necker Island.
Kitesurfing lessons take place at Camber Sands, East Sussex and Greatstone Kent in the South East of England which is one hour from South London. Family run and owned Rye and Camber kitesurfing school is recognised as a leading BKSA centre on the South Coast.
