September Newsletter

T15 Race Day on Saturday 2nd September was scorching hot with only a slight breeze.  Despite the light winds making for challenging racing the Rye Rebels were incredible.  Placed 1st in the 3.5m, 4.5m & 5.5m categories, congratulations go to our whole team of competitors along with all those who took part, it really was a brilliant day. 

We would also like to say a big thank you to Sam, Katy, Matt, Lilia & George for running the day, with a special mention to Sam for all his hard work and enthusiasm organising, training, and encouraging everyone on the event day and beforehand.

With such a super mild September we are looking forward to a busy 1/2 term packed full of brilliant activities. 

Throughout 1/2 Term we have RYA Stage 1 & 2 Sailing and Windsurfing courses running as well as our popular Wednesday Kids clubs for both Sailing and Windsurfing. 

Courses run from 10 – 2 pm over 2 days, so why not keep your kids busy and active by getting them sailing and windsurfing with us this October.
