RYA Senior Windsurfing Instructor / Beach Manager
Rye Watersports is an RYA Training Centre based on a large coastal lake offering RYA tuition in Sailing
& Windsurfing from March till November. Located 2 miles from Camber Sands, one of the top
Windsurfing & Kitesurfing locations in the South of England.
The role requires a flexible approach, working 5 days a week over weekends & bank holidays.
Duties Include:
- Taking ownership for the upkeep & maintenance of all Windsurfing equipment
- Taking a leading role in staff development, CPD & Powerboat Training
- Delivery of RYA Courses within the National & Youth Schemes
Qualifications:
- RYA Senior Windsurf Instructor
- RYA Intermediate Non-Planing Instructor
- Valid First Aid Qualificatio
Desirable Qualifications:
- RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor
- RYA Intermediate Planing Instructor
- RYA Wingfoiling Instructor
- BSUPA Level 1 or Level 2 Instructor
- BKSA Senior Kitesurfing Instructor
- RYA Powerboat Instructor
