Summer has arrived and we’ve been loving the warm weather over the last month down here at Rye. We’ve had more school groups than ever before and our Winging/WingFoiling courses are proving super popular. Planning for the holidays has started and we’ve some new offerings to tell you all about so read on to find out more!
We’ve just added more kids camp dates throughout August due to popular demand. The first KIDS CAMP date is 21st/22nd July and they will be running until 31st Aug/1st September.
Our brilliant team of instructors have been working on an ALL NEW TREASURE HUNT, new games, and coaching plans as well as in-depth discussions about who will be this year’s Green Goblin!
We are excited to announce that we’ve become a ‘TRY IT NOW’ test centre for Duotone and Fanatic. To fit beautifully alongside our F-ONE offering we have just received delivery of more boards, foils and wings for you all to try. Introducing our WingFoiling Zero To Hero package. Take a look at this brilliant course it is just what you need to set you on the path to success on your Winging journey:
1. 1 x purchase for our 3 different RYA Winging courses offered at Rye.
2. You will go from being a Winging novice to achieving your first flights!
3. Accelerated progression.
4. We recommended you complete this over one weekend.
Last but not least it’s time to say ‘Hello’ to our new instructors. You will all know George (far left) and Matt (far right) as they’ve taught with us here at Rye before, but we have a new beach manager TOMMY (blue sunnies) who teaches, Windsurf, Dinghy & WingFoil and SAM (orange sunnies) who is our advanced Windsurfing & WingFoiling Coach. Tommy has taught for 3 seasons out in Greece for Neilson and Sam has previously taught at Buzz Active in Eastbourne. He is currently part of the coaching team for the RYA Regional Training Group and is keen to get our T15 Windsurfing Club started again.
We’re thrilled to have them joining us for the season and hope you will all get to meet them soon.
